SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:

 

At this time, MMS ships merchandise to locations within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Most items will ship USPS, larger and oversized items will ship UPS.

REFUND and RETURNS:

When ordering please make sure to order correct styles and sizes, for your protection we will not take returns that have been worn. MMS does accept returns because of workmanship and or quality. All returns must be not worn and in original packaging. We will exchange for another size. Size exchanges are accepted and must be within ten days upon receipt of product, also not worn and in original packaging. Approval for exchanges and or returns must be given by MMS before shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Note: Refunds will not include shipping costs.

 

TAXES:

MMS charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. -- OR Depending on State --
